PIGGY POT CHALLENGE - FEBRUARY 2020
A piggy Bank (“Khutruke” in Nepali) was distributed to each HIO sponsored girl to encourage her to save whatever she can. We hand our girls these piggy banks twice a year, so that they can save for six months. In every six months they will count the money in the old pot. We encourage their mothers to put in their children’s saving account.
